These Terms of Use govern your use of Diamond DJs (“the app”), provided by Deep Field Design. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. This is a starter template — please review it with a legal professional before publishing.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Diamond DJs on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Apple Music & purchases

Full functionality requires an active Apple Music subscription, which is provided by Apple under its own terms. Optional in-app purchases (such as the announcer voice) are billed through your Apple account and are subject to the App Store's terms and refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

Holding the rights or permissions needed to play any music through the app at your events.
Complying with venue rules and any applicable noise or licensing regulations.

Music & content

Diamond DJs plays music through Apple Music using your own subscription. We do not provide, license, or distribute music. All songs remain subject to the rights of their owners and to Apple Music's terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Field Design is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
